The Graham Hatch award scheme is in memory of Graham Hatch, a keen archer and committee member of the Rugby Bowmen and the Acorn Archery club before the merger. Awards are won when an archer reaches various handicap levels for the first time as follows:

Green - 80
White - 70
Blue - 60
Red - 50
Gold - 40
